Scott Cutshall was so fat doctors told him he’d die within six months. Then he looked out his window and saw a man riding a bicycle.
I found this on Bicycling’s Blog. I was both touched and inspired by this read.
Years ago I had an employee that was 500+. The hospital scales maxed at 500 pounds and he pegged them. He was at the hospital to have a gastric bypass, I think it’s called. I know after the surgery he was only able to eat about 1/2 winner. Very small portions at a time of anything. But I also learned that any weight control is not permanent unless there is a mind set change. This employee lost 200 pounds after the surgery, but last time I saw him, he was back up to 400+ pounds.
Read Scott’s approach to weight control. I think you’ll like this read.
